Pete has over 35 years of hands-on corporate and academic experience in professionalservices, talent management and development, change management/integration/adoption, organizational development and business management consulting. He is a seasoned professional who understands the importance of balancing the driving top line revenue, reducing expenses and risk, leveraging assets, and marketplace presence. His background includes practice and program building and management, client sales and relationship management, organizational and corporate level needs analysis, client and stakeholder assessments, project-related training design, program planning, budgeting, implementation, delivery and evaluation. After completing his MBA program in 1985 Pete launched his career in professional services as the founder and managing partner of GA Enterprises which later became OD Partners, a boutique management consulting firm, specializing in business transition and change management services for small to mid-size companies. In 1994 he sold his successful practice to Deloitte Consulting LLP and joined the firm as a senior partner in the LA Office/Pacific Southwest Region aligned with the Change Management and later the Human Capital practices.

Immediately following his early retirement from Deloitte in 2004, he was recruited to serve as the Assistant Dean and Executive Director of the USC Marshall School of Business Keenan MBA Career Center. In Nov 2011 he transitioned back to the private sector, working on a contract basis as Southern California’s Managing Director and Practice Leader for Slalom Consulting. When the contract ended, he immediately transitioned to Infosys Consulting as the global leader of the Organizational Transformation practice for the Manufacturing vertical. In Jan 2014 he re-launched his private practice serving many of his former clients, and in Sept 2014 joined the faculty of Nanyang Technological University’s Nanyang Business School where he serves as an Associate Professor in the SM&O Practice and as Assistant Dean of the Graduate Studies’ Career Development Office.
