Pepijn van Neerijnen

Pepijn van Neerijnen is an Assistant Professor of Strategy at the University of Amsterdam. Pepijn started his academic career at the Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University in 2007 as a Lecturer and obtained his PhD there in 2016. His research focuses on topics related to organizational adaptation (e.g. ambidexterity and knowledge management) and is situated at the organizational, team, and individual level and takes both cross-sectional as well as longitudinal approaches (both single and multi-level). His research has been published in star journals like Organization Studies and he has presented his work and received best paper nominations at prestigious conferences such as the Academy of Management conference. Pepijn also serves as reviewer for the Journal of Management Studies and the Journal of Strategy and Management. Pepijn has taught and teaches courses on strategic management, corporate renewal, corporate entrepreneurship, strategy consulting, managing multi-divisional enterprises, and organizational flexibility to graduate, undergraduate, and executive students. Besides academic research and teaching, Pepijn is active in research and advisory projects within world leading knowledge intensive and innovative organizations based within the Netherlands.
