Nonhlanhla Peggy-Sue Khumalo was offered a scholarship by the then State President, Mr. Nelson Mandela in collaboration with Stephen Koseff (CEO) of Investec Bank to study Economics at the University of Manchester, UK, following her win as Miss South Africa in 1996.
