Peggy Lyons

I am a faculty member at the MLF College of Nursing at Villanova University, teaching courses such as: Health Assessment, MedSurg and Advanced MedSurg and Health Policy. Prior to this position, I was the Director of the RN-BSN Online Tract for the College. Previous positions include: Program Coordinator for Continuing Education program and for the MadDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education (COPE) at Villanova from 2007 to 2013. In this role, I developed continuing education programs both on-site and online. I maintain a certification in infusion nursing and am a member of the INS National Nursing Network, while working perdiem for Jefferson Home Infusion Service (JHIS). Publications include the Journal of Infusion Nursing, Home Healthcare Nurse, the Journal of Continuing Education as well as professional blogs.
