Experience

Paula brings 20 years of professional experience working in multicultural environments in the fields of Leadership Development, Innovative Entrepreneurship, K-12 Education and Educational Technology.

During her early career years in Chile, she led Education Services within IT companies creating and delivering technology literacy programs for staff and end users. She also developed and delivered technology integration projects in K-12 Education, training students and teachers country wide. Paula was a TV host for an educational show that aired daily in national television.

In 2000 Paula moved to Spain and worked with Grupo Zeta as Head of Education Department consulting in the public and private Education sectors. In Belgium she worked with Europe Unlimited supporting the development of innovative entrepreneurship across Europe.

Current Role

Paula is Faculty Talent Manager for Europe and Middle East with the Center for Creative Leadership) EMEA office. She is a certified leadership coach, facilitator and leadership solutions designer. She is also CCL’s EMEA Lead Faculty of the Leadership Development Program (LDP), CCL’s flagship and longest running program. Paula has also held commercial roles among which managing Key Client Accounts. In her current role she is responsible for selecting, on-boarding, assessing and developing the pool of facilitators in CCL Europe and Middle East. Paula facilitates and coaches both Open Enrolment and Custom Solutions programs across EMEA. In her role of designer of customized solutions, she consults and partners with clients throughout CCL’s client engagement process to support organizations design, roll out and assess leadership development solutions that address their most pressing business and leadership needs. Paula joined CCL in 2005 and since then has worked extensively with top Fortune 500 enterprises helping them develop the leadership capabilities required to succeed in their business strategies and create more collaborative, innovative and sustainable organizations.

Some of her areas of expertise include developing holistically as a leader, building emotional intelligence, leadership transitions and change leadership.

Educational Background

Paula holds a M.A. in Pedagogy (with a specialization in English) and a degree in Educational Research from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She also studied Educational Technology at University of La Frontera, Chile. Paula is a certified professional coach from Newfield Network Europe and a certified CCL coach. She’s also accredited as a 4Mat® Learning Methodology practitioner (About Learning, Illinois). She holds certifications and accreditations on different psychometric instruments including FIRO-B, MBTI, WPB5, Strengthscope, Hogan’s suite and CCL’s complete 360° suite. She recently completed a certification on Systemic Constellations with ORSC. 

Paula is also a Leadership Embodiment certified trainer and coach by Wendy Palmer.

Paula is passionate about helping people of all ages become better learners and better leaders maximizing the impact they create in their workplaces and communities.

She’s based in Brussels, Belgium and is fluent and works in English, French and Spanish.
