Paul has over twenty five years of strategic business planning, business development and management experience. He has delivered workshops and keynotes in the US, Europe, Asia and most recently China.

Passionate for lifelong learning Paul is an expert practitioner on the Smurfit MBA at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School on the MBA Leadership Development programme. Paul was an executive mentor and business strategist with Enterprise Ireland Mentor Network. He holds an IITD Certificate in Training and Development and Diploma in Management from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT).

Paul is among the first in Ireland to hold a Diploma in Sales Coaching received in September 2007. In 2012, Paul was awarded ICMI by iSpeak Inc and is one of five in the world to hold this certification. His presentation skills coaching was instrumental in UCD Smurfit's victory at the Molson and Yale International Case Competitions in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Paul has a true entrepreneurial spirit and has been successfully leading his own company since 2003. He spent twelve years spearheading the wholesale arm of GTT in the UK & Ireland. In 2015, Paul became part of the Irish SLT as Interim General Manager at Sungard AS Ireland.
