Paul Silcock is a Director and Co-founder of Cumulus Consultants. He has a degree in Land Economy (MA (Hons)) and is qualified as a rural practice Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), agricultural valuer (FAAV), Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and Associate of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (AIEMA). He has 25 years’ experience in land and environmental consultancy. Paul has particular expertise in the interaction between farming/land management and the environment, from policy into practice. Paul has wide experience of managing projects for clients in the private, public and voluntary sectors and has been involved with projects across the UK and elsewhere in Europe.
