UCLA Anderson School of Management

Paul Raleigh is an independent business advisor and consultant who holds a number of Independent Non-Executive directorships including Non-Executive Chair of Aviva Life and Pensions Ireland DAC. During a long career at Grant Thornton, Raleigh rose to Managing Partner in Ireland from 2003 to 2011 before joining Grant Thornton International in London in 2012 as the Global Leader for Strategic Growth and Advisory Services. He has worked with the Said Business School at the University of Oxford to develop a leadership program for Grant Thornton’s senior leaders.

Experience

Paul is the Grant Thornton global leader for growth and advisory services. He has been a member of the Grant Thornton global leadership team since 2012, and has most recently served as global leader for strategic development and growth, and as regional leader for Europe.

He has a strong focus on leadership development; and in partnership with the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Paul has developed a tailored programme for Grant Thornton’s most senior leaders.
