Biography
An expert in coaching and developing managers borne out of a distinguished career as a practitioner in operations and human resources roles and his work for two decades as a management development consultant.
Paul Donovan is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Management at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and an Emeritus Associate Professor of Management at Maynooth University, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Previous roles include Head of Management Development with IMI in Dublin and General Operations Manager with Bord na Mona.
Paul received his doctorate from Leicester University, researching in management learning. He holds two master’s degrees from TCD and is a qualified Korn Ferry Leadership Architect assessor and certified to apply the Emotional Capital assessment (ECR). He has published extensively in practitioner and academic journals.
