Bayes Business School

Paul Dobson joined the Business School after postgraduate research in occupational psychology at Birkbeck College. As a Chartered Psychologist, he has specialist expertise in the field of applied psychometrics and acts as an assessor and external verifier for the British Psychological Society in this area. His current research interests include the assessment and development of the interpersonal skills of managers, and cross-cultural psychology.
