Paul Claudel is a Faculty Associate at the Business School of the University of Aix-en-Provence and also operates independently as an international consultant. He runs in-house seminars and teaches at other major universities in Europe and the USA (including IMD and Kellogg Graduate School of Management), mainly on the subjects of Human Resources, Organizations, Leadership and Philosophy as applied to business.

Paul Claudel was Vice President and Director of Human Resources of Alcatel. One of his main challenges there was to encourage and help top management to define and promote an appropriate leadership style and practice for this multicultural and geographically dispersed organization.
