Wagner Graduate School of Public Service

Patrick Germain  is an Adjunct Professor of Public Service at the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and the Executive Director of Policy, Planning, and Strategic Data Use at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.  Prior to joining DOHMH, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Project Renewal, a non-profit providing health and human services to the homeless population in NYC.

Prior to joining Project Renewal, Mr. Germain held a variety of positions in non-profit organizations focusing on human services and education. Germain received his B.A. in Spanish Literature from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has a Master of Public Administration from NYU Wagner.  He also founded of the New York Consortium of Evaluators, the local affiliate of the American Evaluation Association, and President of Performance Management Professionals, a professional affiliation group in the non-profit sector.
