Bio

Patricia K. (Patty) Jensen is Managing Principal of Clear Waters Consulting, LLC. She is a dynamic results-focused coach, consultant and business leader who partners with leaders to facilitate cultural change, create winning business strategies and build team capability and performance.

Patty’s corporate career and coaching practice span nine organizations and three industries (financial services, consulting, and transportation), including 3 large regional banks where she lead Organizational Development and managed Human Resources. She brings particular expertise in leadership programs and development, high potential identification, visioning/ strategic planning, organizational change, and team capability and performance. Since 2010, Patty has taught Leading Organizational Change for American University’s OIG New Leadership Certificate Program.

Patty brings broad and deep experience in coaching executives, leaders and professionals. Her coaching is distinguished by her keen observations and creative program design that support clients in exploring, understanding and adopting new practices for sustained behavioral change.

Patty holds an MS in Human Resources Management (concentration in Organization Development) from American University and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Delaware. She is a graduate of the New Ventures West Professional Coaching Program and is an ICF ACC certified coach. Patty operates Clear Waters Consulting from the Washington D.C. area.
