Pascale is a managing partner for Padeda and leads the Sales Playbook practice. She is guest lecturer at Vlerick Business School and a regular keynote speaker at a number of sales & marketing industry events.

Pascale brings a wealth of exceptional experience to the team, with a successful twenty years career in senior sales roles across a range of business sectors, including manufacturing, real estate, project marketing, healthcare and professional services.

Pascale has been a leading sales performance consultant and certified coach for the past ten years. She is passionate about supporting the transformations of sales organisations and helping clients to combine process, technology, metrics, coaching and skills to improve their sales efficiency and reduce the cost of acquisition.

She quickly gains the credibility of her audience of senior sales leaders or their sales teams and is known for being pragmatic and high energy. Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
