Professor Dutta is a Professor of Decision Sciences and Operations Research at School of Management, IIT Bombay, India. He hold his Master in Applied Mathematics (Operations Research and Computing) from VU, West Bengal, PhD in Applied Operations Research from IIT KGP, India and Postdoctoral Research from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), Switzerland in the area of Production Management. He has also worked as visiting scientist at KIT, Karlsruhe, Germany.
