Pam Wiedenbeck, PMP, specializes in improving the communications and management skills of project managers. She is president and founder of Plans Made Perfect, LLC. Her clients include a major financial services company, as well as a start-up company she guides in marketing, sales, and recruitment.

Previously, Ms. Wiedenbeck was managing director for SEI Information Technology, responsible for managing all western region consulting and sales operations, and maintaining multi-million dollars of client business. She specialized in large-scale, custom application integration and rollouts for clients including Bank of America, Capital Group, McDonald’s Corporation, and Reuters.

Prior to working for SEI Information Technology, Ms. Wiedenbeck was operations manager at SPSS, Inc., a statistical software company. Previously, she was a staff scientist at the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, working on the design and development of innovative detectors for both medical and high-energy physics environments.

Ms. Wiedenbeck holds an MS in planetary science from the California Institute of Technology, an executive MBA from the Peter F. Drucker & Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, and a BS in physics from the University of Michigan. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is active in the PMI Los Angeles Chapter where she has taught the Communications Module of the Chapter Exam Prep course.
