Carlson School of Management
Pam Johns is an accomplished athlete, having been on the podium nationally as an Alpine ski racer and regionally as a competitive tennis player. She knows what it takes to overcome obstacles, be mentally strong, and succeed on a vision, and has spent her entire career teaching other leaders and teams how to perform at their best. In Leading High-Performing Teams, you will experience Pam’s infectious energy and enthusiasm, her ability to simplify and structure, and her commitment to character and coaching others. Pam has coached leaders and teams from many of Minnesota’s well known large companies, such as Target, Medtronic and Sleep Number, as well as hundreds of others in the non-profit space as well as start-ups, manufacturing and engineering, education, and entrepreneurial. She has served on boards of directors, where her unique perspectives on human performance have aligned those teams to serve as well.
