Experience

Pablo has more than 20 years of experience working in multinational companies and startups. He began his career as a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton. He also worked as head of the Intel Capital Investment fund for the Southern Cone of Latin America and was CEO of his own technology services venture.

For the next 10 years he worked in the pharmaceutical industry, first as Consulting Director for the Southern Cone with IMS Health, and later as Director of Business Development for Genomma Lab and Recalcine (now Abbott).

At the same time, Pablo was always a teacher and mentor in business areas. He was a teaching assistant at the Universidad Católica Argentina (both undergraduate and graduate) and at the MIT-Sloan School of Management. He has currently been teaching the New Business Thesis for 15 years in the Executive MBA at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile. He was also a mentor to entrepreneurs at Endeavor and at NAVES (IAE business plan contest).

Current Role

Pablo is an independent trainer, consultant and coach, focused on the areas of innovation, leadership and conscious business. He works with CCL in the development and implementation of leadership programs.

Additionally, he is working on the implementation of cultural change programs at WalMart and MercadoLibre, and is director of the Foundation for Competitive Excellence, managing a program of Rotating Boards of Directors for Small and Medium Enterprises in Argentina.

Educational Background

Pablo has a degree in Business Administration and a National Public Accountant from the Universidad Católica Argentina. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the MIT-Sloan School of Management and is a certified Ontological Coach by The Newfield Network in Chile. Pablo is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
