Oscar has recently joined Value Solutions at Dassault Systemes to create the department that will support the development of Key Partners.

Oscar joined Channel Development at Dassault Systemes in 2011 to lead the Business Development activities of Professional Channel Worldwide, focusing on: solution selling activities to increase the size of deals and get higher penetration of the existing product portfolio, calling high activities to access earlier to decision makers. This position gave to Oscar a global understanding of the business.

Prior to this position, Oscar was Country Manager of SolidWorks Iberia, delivering year over year double-digit growth in volumes, together with very high increases in market share. Hiring, developing and leading the best in class partners. During this period Oscar achieved President’s Club in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, as WW Top Award in 2006 and 2008

In 2004 Oscar was Territory Sales Manager for Iberia leading the channel’s sales team, and since 2001 headed the channel’s presales technical team to become more sales and industry oriented.

Previously, from 1992, Oscar headed different Industry positions at Automotive and Consumer Goods Industry. Including 2 years expatriation in China

Since 1998, Oscar has been lecturing at different Business Schools like IQS School of Management, ESADE Business School and EUNCET. He has passion to lecture about Strategy and Sales to MBA Students and Executives to motivate them towards being revenue-driving forces in their careers. This lecturing brings to him great perspective from different industries and a continuous source of ideas for his position.
