Omar has 26 years of people development experience ranging from developing health and well being for his personal clients to coaching executives and CEO’s. He specialises in developing senior leaders, their teams and their organisations.

He has a Masters degree in Strategic Training & Development, is a Certified Master Practitioner/Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming and is the author of Leading Cats & Dogs in the Workplace (available on Amazon)

During his time as a channel partner for Franklin Covey Omar became certified to deliver and facilitate their core educational and development programmes such as: The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, 4 Disciplines of Execution, 4 Roles of Leadership, Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results, Leading at the Speed of Trust Currently he is undertaking a Masters degree in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy.

Omar was a member of the Barclays PLC Organisational Development faculty team & Senior Leadership Coaching faculty team, an Associate Coach and Facilitator for Cass Business School Executive education. He is currently a faculty member for the Financial Times IE Business School Corporate Learning Alliance and had the opportunity to provide executive coaching to organisations such as Capita PLC, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Barclays PLC, Equinix, Bose and Capital Market Authority in Riyadh to name a few.

His purpose is to assist people in achieving optimum performance through unleashing their potential & talent, through highly engaging coaching & training.
