Oliver F. Lehmann, (born 1957) is an independent project management trainer and president of the PMI Southern Germany Chapter eV based in Munich. He studied in Stuttgart and Liverpool and holds an M.Sc. in Project Management.

Oliver Lehmann works for training institutes where he conducts public seminars. His customers also include companies such as Airbus, DB Schenker, Microsoft, Olympus, T-Systems and many smaller companies. He also works as a guest lecturer at the Technical University of Munich for the CeDoSIA doctoral program.

He holds a number of certifications, including from the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Association for Proposal Managers (APMP), and the Connective Leadership Institute (CLI). In July 2016, he published his book " Situational Project Management: The Dynamics of Success and Failure " with Auerbach Publications.
