Ogbo Awoke Ogbo is a Certified Executive Coach and Rapid Scaling® Master Facilitator. He is also guest faculty at the Lagos Business School (LBS) - Marketing, Design Thinking, and the Advanced Management Program. He also leads the Strategy, Design Thinking and Innovation curriculum for the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) WELA (Women Entrepreneurship & Leadership for Africa) Programme.
Ogbo facilitates for the Stanford SEED West Africa Program at Accra, Ghana. The Stanford SEED Transformation (STP) Program is an initiative of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Ogbo’s client base include international business schools, manufacturing, oil and gas, financial institutions, agro value chain, retail, FMCGs, and technology. He leads Board and corporate retreats and in-company workshops to help organizations define and execute their transformation plans.
Ogbo leverages his extensive business experience with Chevron and Shell, and his Six Sigma training to help high net worth SMEs scale rapidly. He developed the Rapid Scaling® System, a business transformation process for unlocking rapid, high impact growth while reducing executive overwhelm.
