Noelle Mykolenko is an Adjunct Lecturer for Management Communication in the MBA program at Darden. Outside the classroom, Noelle helps professionals in consultative roles achieve their goals by rapidly creating trust with others, being more influential and selling with trust. She is a professional coach, and a consultant with The Get Real Project and Trusted Advisor Associates, LLC, delivering tailored, interactive programs that examine the paradigm of trust through the filter of professional services.

Prior to joining Trusted Advisor Associates, Noelle was global Director of Client Development at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC, now DXC Technology). During her fourteen-year tenure there, she held several director-level roles in sales and marketing, focused on account growth and client relationship management. As a Partner and Practice Lead in CSC''s Federal Consulting Practice, she developed and deployed a core consulting training program for 850 consultants in addition to her P&L responsibilities.

As a consultant, Noelle has sold and implemented management strategy and complex business solutions to clients in the US federal government, information technology, pharmaceutical, and financial services industries. Her consulting engagements address strategic planning, sales growth and revenue optimization, organizational redesign, customer relationship management, and business process improvement.

Noelle received her MBA from Darden and is based in metropolitan Washington, DC. She and her husband own a vacation charter yacht business in the US Virgin Islands.
