Njeri Watkins

Njeri Watkins is a Lecturer, Data Analyst & Digital Intelligence Consultant and Instructor at the UBC Sauder School of Business – Executive Education (Digital Programs). For the past two decades she has developed and taught programs on Leadership, Communications, Personal Branding and Marketing Strategy for academic institutions, government training programs, community organizations and professional associations.

Njeri’s extensive background in digital media, business development and facilitation has expanded to the development of her signature programs: Demystifying Digital Analytics, Digital Due Diligence Solutions and Digital Technology Literacy Training Program. A keen desire to stay abreast of digital trends, communications best practices and engagement strategies has led to Njeri’s expertise and advocacy in digital analytics and inclusive data driven business environments.

Njeri is an active contributor in the community as Advisor and Mentor with multiple business accelerators and leadership programs as well as Co-Chair for the Digital Analytics Association – Vancouver Chapter. Njeri authentically lives the principles of agile leadership in all faucets of her life and passionately supports others in actualizing their highest potential as a Self-Management Leader with the University of Victoria – Institute on Aging and Lifelong Health.
