Nitya runs mental wellness workshops and HR workshops for People with Disabilities (PWDs) for Human Capital Singapore. She has successfully facilitated workshops for companies like Pan Pacific Group, Knight Frank and others.

She has dedicated her company to facilitating executives and business owners rethink their professional goals to stay relevant, effective and engaged in todays ever-changing and volatile world of work.

She has successfully reinvented her career thrice. Lifes too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. She is here to help her clients achieve a more positive outlook on life, and provide them with all the tools necessary to get them there.

Nitya is a highly passionate executive coach focused on career coaching, working with PwDs (People with Disabilities), university students and mid/ senior career professionals. She has dedicated her company to supporting professionals rethink their professional goals to stay relevant and effective in todays ever-changing and volatile world of work.

Nitya is a Professional Certified Coach with a degree in Psychology - specialising in counselling. She blends the art of coaching, counselling and her own corporate business experience to provide deep and transformative changes for her clients.

Nitya has over sixteen years of corporate experience and she loves giving back to the community and working with people. Topics around capability building, career strategy, personal development and psychological wellness are her key focus areas. Nitya provides volunteer coaching to the underprivileged in Singapore and works with volunteer and social organisations like SCWO and Satya Sai Centre. Nitya is currently facilitating workshops for Human Capital Singapore (HCS) and Health Promotion Board (HPB) on mental wellbeing. Nitya used to co-chair the HR group at Primetime, a Singapore-based International professional womens association that aims to empower women to achieve their highest potential through learning, leadership, and networking opportunities.

Nitya is the daughter of a career diplomat, she has lived and worked in Australia, Seychelles, Myanmar, North East India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and since 2010 she and her family have embraced Singapore as their home. A parent to two young girls, both of high integrity and moral values, she believes it is crucial to see our kids for who they truly really are and embrace them.
