Hertie School of Governance

Nikolas Rathert is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Hertie School of Governance. He is a management and organization scholar studying the drivers and consequences of corporate social responsibility and social entrepreneurship. Rathert obtained his PhD in Management from Freie Universität Berlin in 2015. Before, he was a visiting researcher at the Kellogg School of Management and a Fulbright scholar at Cornell University. His work has been published or is forthcoming in the Journal of International Business Studies, Research in the Sociology of Organizations, and the Oxford Handbook of Corporate Social Responsibility.
