Biography
CBS Executive
Nikolaos Kavadis (Nikos) is Associate Professor at the Center for Corporate Governance of Copenhagen Business School. He does research on corporate governance and strategy. At CBS, he teaches corporate finance and corporate governance. He has also taught courses in strategy, organizational design, and research methods. He currently serves on the editorial review boards of several scholarly journals. Previously, he was on the Faculty at the University Carlos III of Madrid and at Erasmus University Rotterdam (RSM), and a visiting researcher at the University of California, Irvine. He received his Habilitation from the University of Paris-Dauphine and his PhD from HEC Paris.
