Dr. Nicole Wilson is an expert in cognitive science and education technology. She is the founder and president of KnowProgress, an ed-tech firm that helps organizations create transformational learning experiences. She is an advocate for the disruption of traditional educational systems / paradigms, which often fail to equip learners with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in a rapidly-changing world. Nicole has led the development of several highly successful learning and assessment products for industry leaders including Pearson, Open English, and Rosetta Stone. She holds a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has also been a member of the faculty there since 2004.
