Nasrin Asgari

Biography

Prior to joining University of Roehampton, Nasrin was working at Kingston University and University of Portsmouth. She has been dealing with supply chains in car production, maritime, humanitarian/ relief,Oil products distribution and agri-food industries. Particularly, in 2011, she got familiar with Maritime sector in National University of Singapore (NUS) whilst working as Research fellow A. All of the abovementioned applications led to journal paper publications. Nasrin used to investigate economic aspect of problems. After emerging of "sustainable supply chain" concept in the literature, she considers other sustainability aspects such as a) environmental and b) social aspects in addition to the traditional economic one in her research works.
