Sister Nancy DeCesare is a board-certified clinical social worker and educator with over thirty years of experience. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Social Work from the Silver School of Social Work, New York University, and is a tenured faculty member at Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, PA. Her teaching and research focus on child welfare, agency leadership, veterans, and trauma. She is a certified clinical trauma specialist. She currently serves on the leadership team of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Sisters, Scranton, PA.
