Nai Jia Lee

Nai Jia is the Deputy Director of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS). Before joining IREUS, he headed the research departments in Knight Frank Singapore and Edmund Tie & Company. He led the department in producing quality market intelligence through regular research bulletins, commentaries, media columns, property supplements and knowledge sharing at public seminars and events.

Nai Jia is a frequently invited speaker for talks organised by government agencies, professional associations and banks. Nai Jia graduated from MIT with a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning and was an Assistant Professor in Department of Real Estate, NUS.
