Nadia Olivero is Associate Professor in Marketing Management. She holds a PhD in Consumer Psychology from University College London. Her research as Principal Investigator on 'Consumer Experience and Retail Techologies' and ' Consumer Centred Design' has been awarded by the European Commission under the Marie Curie Program and by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) for UK Retail Innovation. She has been the coordinator of a research unit for ministerially funded research on Digital Piracy and Consumer Privacy.
