Moira Daly joined the CEBR as a senior advisor in 2015. Moira is an applied economist with research interests in labor and applied econometrics. Moira holds a PhD in Economics from Boston University.
Moira has experience with program evaluation and has worked on the returns to self-employment, the effect of innovation programs, and generally on earnings.
