Mirailles Bernard

Biography

Bernard Miraillès is a professor affiliated to the Department of Economics, Law and Social Sciences (SJES) of ESCP Europe Paris campus. He holds degrees from the Law Faculty of Nice (Postgraduate Degree in Public Law) and the National Tax School (Ecole Nationale des Impôts). He joined ESCP Europe in 1990 and has developed the teaching of tax law. His teaching focusses on the tax strategy of national and international groups and is undertaken principally by means of practical cases. In parallel with his teaching obligations, Bernard Miraillès is also the Director of Accounts and Tax at the La Poste group. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and is President of the VAT group of Posteurop (an association bringing together European postal operators).
