International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
Mike F. Neheli is president of Manion Wilkins & Associates Ltd. in Toronto, Ontario, a firm that provides third-party employee benefits administration, payments and consulting services to multi-employer, union and corporate benefit plans. He has specialized in the field of multi-employer trust funds and has extensive employee benefits industry experience spanning over 40 years. Neheli’s years of experience have made him fully aware of the diverse services and responsibilities that must be undertaken in the administration of pension and health and welfare trust funds. As a principal of the firm, he serves as a member of its board of directors and executive team. In addition to Neheli’s corporate management and client-servicing responsibilities, he also oversees the operation of the firm’s sales and service department, ensuring clients are provided with comprehensive benefit plan consulting and administration. Neheli regularly participates in industry forums and has been a frequent moderator and speaker at educational programs of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. He is a Past Chair of the International Foundation Canadian Board and a Past Chair and current member of the Canadian Strategic and Program Planning Committee. Neheli’s additional past service with the Foundation includes being a Voting Director, a member of the Canadian Investment/Corporate Committee and a member of the Canadian Legal/Legislative and Public Sector Committee. He is a former member of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) Multi-Employer Pension Plan (MEPP) Advisory Committee and currently serves on the Financial Services Regulator Authority (FSRA) newly formed Technical Advisory Committee for Multi-Employer Pension Plans. Neheli joined Manion in 1982 following his graduation from a business administration program, with degrees in personnel management and industrial relations.
