Biography
UW Professional & Continuing Education
Mike Friedman is a lead developer for Salesforce’s Einstein platform,an artificial intelligence layer powered by deep learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, machine learning and smart data discovery. He serves on the industry advisory board for the UW's Certificate in Machine Learning and has developed and taught courses in that certificate program.
He has also taught several software development courses at China’s Harbin Institute of Technology. He earned his Ph.D. in information and computer science at the University of California, Irvine. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and a fellow of the Royal Statistical Society.
