Frankfurt School of Finance & Management

Miguel Vaz is Digital Asset Custody at Hauck & Aufhäuser Bank. He is a technical leader with experience in innovative technologies in the financial sector, focusing on evaluating blockchain projects and cryptocurrencies

Before that, he worked in the wealth management space with Kintaro Capital.

As a management consultant at d-fine, a top quant-risk boutique, he advised and worked with the European Central Bank, exchanges, commercial banks and startups on both Blockchain and AI topics, building issuance platforms, payment infrastructures, etc.

He has a PhD in Robotics and a degree in Mathematical Finance from Oxford University.

He is also co-organizer of the Frankfurt Smart Contract Meetup.
