Experience
Michelle has over twenty years of experience in leadership development. She was actively involved with a number of CCL® client relationships and engaged in a full range of organizational and leadership assessment and development processes, including major account management and the design and delivery of customized solutions. Industries she has worked with in the past include manufacturing, high-tech, pharmaceutical, consumer products, telecommunications, large retail, and financial services.
Michelle has held numerous leadership roles at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®). Her prior role was Director, Global Portfolio Management where she was responsible to ensure a high quality, relevant, and scalable portfolio to meet the demands of CCL’s clients across the globe. In prior roles, she has held responsibility for critical areas of CCL’s portfolio including customized solutions and one of CCL’s most widely attended program, The Leadership Development Program©.
Michelle has also played a key role as CCL has brought technology in the classroom to enhance the learning experience. She led CCL’s “paperless” movement for a number of open enrollment programs and custom solutions.
Former Role
Michelle was the former Managing Director of CCL’s Greensboro Campus, and was responsible for all operations to meet the needs of clients served from this Campus.
In addition to Michelle’s management responsibilities, she was a lead faculty in a variety of CCL open enrollment programs as well as large-scale global customized solutions.
Educational Background
Michelle holds a M.Ed. in public health education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a BS in biology from East Carolina University.
Professional Affiliations
Michelle’s research and writing interests are focused on technology driven learning and blended learning solutions. Her expertise in this area has led to numerous invitations as a keynote speaker on the topic.
