Biography
Carlson School of Management
My research is focused on global sustainability performance tied to policy, strategic intent, reputation, fundraising and strategic partnerships. I use both qualitative and quantitative methods using inductive research to deliver actionable results. I work with corporate partners along the way to understand their pace of change and other sustainability related concerns. I partner with applied economists and work on research understanding how to link GDP to ecosystem services. My work experience is rooted in academia, non-profit management, and fundraising. My expertise is in identifying institutional risk, building new competencies, linking organizational capacity, and measuring results. By telling the story of change of change over time, we can implement right sized adjustments and better understand where we are headed.
