Michael Summerlin

Dr. Michael Summerlin joined the USC Marshall Department of Management and Organization in 2015. He teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses on the subjects of organizational behavior, culture, management, and leadership. In 2010, Michael founded Emotive Knowledge Psychology (EKP), which now provides psychological services at locations throughout southern California and Nevada. His research focuses on the regulatory function of the autonomic nervous system and its influence on personality development, and behaviors that mediate social engagement.
