My research and teaching revolve around three primary areas:

• How to manage self-managing employees
• What the relationship between stress and self-management is
• How the relationship between employees’ subjectivity and the value-creation processes of organizations is understood in the theory about strategic human resource management and how the relationship is constituted in empirical settings
