Michael Nowakowski

Michael G. Nowakowski, JD, is an attorney, a mediator, an arbitrator, and educator. He has mediated and arbitrated thousands of disputes in collective bargaining, contract administration, employment discrimination, real estate, and auto lemon law cases. Mike was a Commissioner with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) for over four decades. At FMCS, and at several universities and law schools, Mike has taught and trained individuals in labor-management relations, negotiation, labor & employment law, and dispute resolution. He has been named one of the "Best Lawyers in America – Mediation and Arbitration".
