Mike Kush teaches in the Online Certificate in Wine Business Management. He is owner and winemaker at Chicago-based Chasing Harvest, a boutique project of high-quality wines from Central Otago, New Zealand, and Douro, Portugal. Manage all activities related to the production, distribution, sales and marketing, finance/accounting, and ensuring regulatory compliance across three continents. Prior to this project, Mike was the winemaker at Alexandra Vintners in New Zealand and Quinta do Costa do Pinhao in Portugal, and prior to that worked as Production Assistant, Enologist, Assistant Winemaker, Vintage Winemaker across 5 continents and 7 countries including:
