Villanova University

Michael Cunningham, M.S., MBA, is a passionate and purpose-driven technologist whose education and practice is rooted in the liberal arts, and specializes in business systems and process management. Michael currently leads HRIS and CRM initiatives for the Philadelphia Phillies, Major League Baseball Organization after serving 10 years in Villanova’s University Information Technology Department. Michael holds a bachelors of Arts, as well as a master’s degree in Counseling and Human Relations and an MBA in Strategic Management from Villanova University. He is currently pursuing doctoral work in Business Administration at Temple University with an expected graduation and defense in 2023. He is an active member in the greater Philadelphia community, serving on the board as Treasurer of Family Promise of the Main Line, the President’s Advisory Council of his alma mater, St. Joseph’s Preparatory School and the Vocations advisory board of the Augustinian Province of St. Thomas of Villanova. Michael enjoys a good cup of coffee, international travel, and above all, spending time with his wife and son. Michael currently is an instructor in the Business Process Management courses. Prior to joining CPS in 2019, Michael spent 6 years as an instructor in undergraduate leadership.
