Academic Division: Accounting & LawMr. Carenzo teaches Business Law in the undergraduate program. He is a graduate of Babson College who majored in Accounting and Communications and has been teaching at Babson since 2009. After Babson, he attended law school and has practiced corporate law for 20 years in both the financial services and healthcare sectors. He is currently the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Hologic, Inc., a $2 billion annual revenue diagnostics and medical device company focusing on women’s cancer detection and treatment. Mr. Carenzo specializes in commercial contracting, M&A, regulatory and compliance, and litigation matters at Hologic and truly enjoys sharing his legal practice expertise with his students. He is a member of the bar in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
