Presentation
My present research focuses on innovation within organizations, in particular as it plays out in the settings of police and military organizations.
I study how, why and to what extent employees innovate for their own use at work. The aim of the research is to produce knowledge of how great innovative solutions can be mobilized from the deep knowledge and experience of people working within large organisations. The research is rooted close cooperation with the Danish police and mixed qualitative and quantitative data from both police and military organizations. I am currently working with Professor Eric Von Hippel at the Sloan School of Management, MIT, Boston.
