Biography

Bauer College of Business

Meng Li is a professor and holds the positions of founder and director of the Bauer Human-Centered AI Lab, SCM PhD coordinator, and endowed C.T. Bauer Professor of AI at C.T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. His recent research interests revolve around human-centered AI. His research contributions have been published in esteemed journals, including Management Science, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Operations Research, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Operations Management, Strategic Management Journal, and Nature Sustainability. Additionally, he serves as a Special Issue co-Editor and Senior Editor for Production and Operations Management, a Special Issue co-Editor for Journal of Operations Management, and a Special Issue co-Editor and Department Editor for Decision Sciences Journal. He has secured research funding from notable companies like Shell and HPE.
