Megha Joshi Yadav

Dr. Megha Joshi Yadav was born in Uttaranchal, India. After finishing B.Sc. from University ofDelhi and M.Sc. from Banasthali Vidyapith, she worked in Jubilant Organosys and later the research group of Prof. Akhilesh Kumar Verma at University of Delhi to obtain her doctoral degree in 2013.

Afterwards she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Georg-August-University, Goettingen. Since July 2014, she is working as an Assistant Professor at Terna Engineering College, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

RESEARCH INTERESTS:

• Base mediated/catalyzed hydroamination of N-heterocycles and amines
• Metal free Oxidative Activation of various aliphatic, aromatic bonds and inter-/intra molecular cyclisation to obtain biologically active scaffolds.
• To prepare important SERMs using chalcones.
