Professor Sullivan is currently Associate Dean for Faculty Research and Development and the Director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Teaching & Learning, where she creates programs and opportunities for excellent undergraduate instruction. She teaches courses in writing, non-fiction writing, Irish literature and film, and teacher education. She also writes on the impact of incarceration, particularly on children and families.
