Megan Joffe

Megan is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (BPS) with dual HPC registration as a clinical and occupational psychologist. She works mainly in the assessment and development of senior people, including doctors. She is interested in how the individual and the system influence one another. Through her NCAS work and with clinicians throughout the UK, Megan has developed expertise in working with doctors and their teams. Her doctorate was based on understanding the identity of doctors who become managers and how the tensions between the two roles are managed.
